The idea for Cody was born during a brainstorming session with our team. The question was simple: how can we visually represent our corporate philosophy and therefore also make it tangible? In a world where technology evolves at lightning speed and where innovation is a driving force, we were looking for a way to powerfully express and communicate our vision. Move to grow is more than a vision at Connect Consulting, it is the core of our business philosophy. We visualise this corporate philosophy with Cody. Cody is the daily reminder of who we are and what we stand for: Care, Connect, Communicate & Change.
Cody is represented as a robot, symbolising Connect Consulting’s vision of the future. As an organisation, we want to move forward on all levels, and to achieve this, we constantly question ourselves. This also in terms of technology. We continue to provide our Connectors with the right technical knowledge to remain agile. Only in this way do we also remain flexible, resilient and therefore agile as an organisation.
