As a consultant in a salaried position, you are employed permanently at Connect Consulting and work on projects for our clients. You combine variety and knowledge development with the security of a permanent employer and the associated benefits. As a freelancer, you work on an assignment basis and determine your own fee and schedule, but you also bear the entrepreneurial risk yourself.

If you are employed as a consultant at Connect, your collaboration with us does not automatically end when a project ends.
Together, we will assess in good time which next assignment best suits your experience, interests and ambitions, and we will actively search for a new, suitable challenge.
We also stay in contact between two projects and look at how you can make the most of that period, for example through training, certifications or other forms of professional development.
