Connect Consulting has been in existence for 10 years. A special milestone that invites us to pause and reflect on the journey we have undertaken over the past ten years. What began with Dirk as the driving force behind the company has today grown into a strong family business in which his wife and sons also play an active role. An evolution that is not only beautiful to look back on, but also tells a lot about who we are today.
Ten years of entrepreneurship inevitably bring with them many changes. Connect Consulting has grown over the years, gained new experiences and continuously evolved. However, that growth was never automatic. Behind every step lie choices, challenges and moments when we had to once again determine which direction we wanted to take.
For us, growing means more than just becoming bigger. Growth requires movement. It requires the willingness to make choices, to see new possibilities, and to re-evaluate existing ideas or approaches. Sometimes that means a big step forward, sometimes it’s a small adjustment that makes a significant difference in the long run.
This way of thinking closely aligns with our Move to Grow vision. For us, that vision stands for the belief that development begins when you move forward. By looking ahead, by daring to change, and by constantly seeking the next step.
Over the past ten years, we have experienced this firsthand. As a company, we are constantly changing. Customer expectations evolve, the environment in which we operate changes, and new ideas and ambitions also emerge within a family business. Managing these changes flexibly while remaining true to the foundation on which we were built is a constant challenge.
One of the most remarkable aspects of the past ten years is undoubtedly the development of Connect Consulting as a family business. What began as an enterprise run by Dirk is today a story in which several family members are actively involved.
Working as a family brings with it a special dynamic. There is strong involvement and shared responsibility, but at the same time, each person brings their own experience, ideas, and perspective. This combination makes Connect Consulting what it is today.
The people outside our family have also played an important role in our development. Colleagues, customers and partners have shaped our story over the past ten years. By collaborating, sharing knowledge and challenging each other to look further, we have continued to grow as an organization.
Therefore, this milestone is not only a moment to look back on, but also to be grateful for. For the trust of our customers, for the dedication of our colleagues, for the collaboration with our partners, and for the support of our family.
Ten years of Connect Consulting are a wonderful opportunity to look back, but we especially want to look ahead. The experience we have built up over the past years forms a solid foundation for the future. At the same time, we remain convinced that standing still is not an option.
In the coming years, we want to continue evolving, continue learning, and continue exploring new opportunities. We want to continue listening to our customers and our environment, respond to changes, and constantly reevaluate where we can add value.
That is ultimately what Move to Grow stands for: not just growing to become bigger, but continuing to move forward to develop ourselves and our organization.
